SUBDIVISION SERVICES

Summey Engineering Associates, PLLC provides all the necessary technical and engineering services required for the development of any type of residential, commercial, or industrial park subdivision. In summary, these services include the following:

• Provide feasibility layout of subdivisions and determine lot layouts showing setbacks, lot dimensions & sizes.

• Aid client in any rezoning issues by preparing Zoning Applications and plans for submittal to City or County planning review boards

• Work with reviewers behind the scenes to gain support for zoning issues and plan review in our favor

• Attend planning and zoning meetings for/with client as needed

• Speak on behalf of the clients interests at meetings if desired

• Prepare all plans necessary for permitting and construction

• Obtain all necessary construction permits

• Prepare Watershed Development Plans if Required

• Prepare probable construction cost estimates for project

• Obtain bids from reliable contractors for all construction necessary for infrastructure development including grading, drainage, erosion control, water line extensions and paving.

• Manage construction of project by providing weekly construction inspection reports, monthly work to date summaries, review/approve requests for payment.

• Provide necessary inspections for certifications to state for water & sewer line installations

• Provide as-built drawings for State and Owner as necessary.
